As a Designer and Design Lead a team of interdisciplinary designers that achieved the launch of a world-class cloud API platform, the first of its kind for IBM. Bluemix is a product consisting of API's, infrastructure, and services enabling developers to build and scale applications quickly. I initiated the design guidelines for Bluemix based on the IBM Design language and worked with the Watson Developer Cloud to integrate cognitive API's onto the platform.
Helped launch the IBM Bluemix Garage design consulting program where IBM clients could engage in design thinking and product innovation workshops, resulting in incubator projects focused on utilizing The IBM Cloud as the API platform for application development. Clients included GameStop, Tangerine Bank, MD Anderson, American Airlines, RBS. Engagements resulted in not only digital applications but in-store shopping experiences enhanced by digital capabilities.
